Curiosity over the career ladder

Kicked out of school at 15 with no qualifications, no contacts, no opportunities. But an organisation gave me a chance – and I took it. My first job in the DIY store taught me a crucial lesson: mistakes are opportunities, if you embrace them. Instead of being fired, I got promoted.

From there, my path led me from radio to Red Bull, and into one of Germany's fastest-growing tech startups. Today, I'm an author, Senior Director at SAP, a guest lecturer at EBS University, and I speak at events for companies like Siemens, AXA, BCG & VW.

My story? Not a classic rise to the top, but a brave exploration. Curiosity, a culture of making mistakes & unconventional thinking – that's exactly what my keynotes & talks are about.
