Dr Martin Böhringer, born in Chemnitz, is co-founder and CEO of Staffbase, a leading Communications Cloud for employee communication with over 2,000 customers worldwide.

After studying and completing his doctorate in business informatics at Chemnitz University of Technology, he founded Staffbase in 2014 to revolutionise internal company communication.

Under his leadership, Staffbase has successfully completed several funding rounds and attracted significant investors such as Insight Partners and General Atlantic.

In 2022, he was recognised by the trade journal Capital as one of the Top 40 under 40. He lives in Chemnitz, regularly gives lectures at international conferences, and publishes in professional journals.
