Daniel Bock is co-founder, CTO and Managing Director of Morpheus Space, a NewSpace company developing space mobility solutions. An aerospace engineer (M.Sc., TU Dresden) specialising in electric space propulsion, he previously held research and leadership roles at TU Dresden, the University of Nottingham and Airbus Defence and Space.
Under his leadership, Morpheus Space developed the world’s smallest scalable ion thrusters, which let satellites operate autonomously. In 2020, this work earned him the Saxon Founder’s Prize.
