Udbhav Tiwari is the Vice President for Strategy and Global Affairs at Signal. The non-profit, open-source messaging app widely recognised as a global benchmark for end-to-end encryption.

Based in Berlin, he leads Signal’s work at the intersection of technology, regulation and human rights, ensuring that private communication remains possible in an increasingly surveilled world.
